This video addresses the theme of the everyday by giving you a point of view of what I experience as a college student. My days are usually filled with waking up early so I can eat and shower before catching the bus, which takes me to campus. From then on, the day consists of me attending class and making multiple trips to Norlin Library where the majority of my study and homework sessions take place. When I’m not in class, my weekends are spent at work where I’m a server at the egg & I restaurant right off of Broadway and baseline. My everyday has become a well-kept schedule of homework and actual physical labor and this repetition is something that I have learned to deal with over my college career. Not everything can go according to plan but this video demonstrates how my everyday stays the same, but still is able to change. The reason I have incorporated music within this video is because throughout the day I will usually have my headphones in listening to Pandora Internet radio on my iPhone.

This compilation of video and audio was compiled with the help of a GoPro camera that I purchased specifically for this project. The camera recorded the audio for every film segment but I edited that out and replaced it with the sounds that I recorded on my iPhone with a simple recorder app. This project was completed with ease due to the technology at my disposal.
