Every day I wake up and make myself breakfast. It is an essential part of the day and should not be overlooked. Some days though, the Colorado weather puts a dampener on how quickly I can prepare for my commute. Untitled (flakes) is a meshing of similar audio textures from the wintery mornings that greet me every day. This piece exposes the crackles and crunches that surround me in an empty house as a try to gather myself on the stormy morning’s that are Colorado winters.
